正直、全然わかりません！！！

皆さんこんにちは🌞こんばんは🌙

今日はピラティスの日でした！✨

始めた頃よりも少しずつできることが増えて、先生が言っていることもわかるようになってきました😊

だけど毎回、一度は必ず聞かれます。

「ここの部分、使えてるのわかりますか？」

「わかりません！！！！」ってなりますｗｗ

どうやら私は、意識するところが1点集中型になりがちみたいです😂

でも先生がとっても優しいので、笑いながら丁寧に教えてくれます🤗

だからこそ、わからないことがあっても楽しく続けられているんだろうな〜と思いました。

Hi everyone! 🌞 Good morning / good evening! 🌙

Today was my Pilates day! ✨

Little by little, I can do more things than when I first started, and I’m starting to understand what my instructor is saying. 😊

But at least once every lesson, my instructor asks me,

“Can you feel that you’re using this part of your body?”

And I’m like,

“I have no idea!!!!” 😂

I guess I tend to focus on just one thing at a time.

But my instructor is very kind, so she laughs with me and explains everything carefully. 🤗

I think that’s why I can keep enjoying Pilates, even when there are things I don’t understand.
