私は今日は体調が悪く殆ど横になってすごしています。

でも今日は窓からいい風が入ってくるので久しぶりに エアコンが消せて気持ちがいいです。

Today I feel very tired and I spent most of the day sleeping.

But today I was able to turn off the air conditioning because I let the air from the outside come into my room, so it felt really good.
